STUDIO DIAA

Studio DIAA was founded in 2016 by Suzanne Stefan. DIAA is centered around the belief that the thoughtful design of objects, interiors, and architecture contributes to the total atmosphere of a project.

We believe the most memorable work has presence - it is poised in expression and singular in character. This character is shaped by a dialogue with its physical, cultural, historical, and ecological contexts.

Presence is felt when we are attuned to the physical composition of a place: the tactility of materials; the artful dance of light and shadow; the subtle interplay of tones and textures; and the tangible effects of nature and time.

We are inspired by the mystery of creativity; by the skilled artisans who shape our environment; by the relationships we build with our collaborators; and by the patience and care required to create something meaningful.
